Reservations:

Visitors do not need to make reservations in advance. Temporary closures are subject to notice.


Entry

Comply with security checks at the entrance. No luggage is permitted in the hall.

Prohibited items: flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, harmful, or restricted materials, as well as any other items that may endanger public safety.

Entry is denied for:

- Pets, except for guide dogs;

- Individuals who are not properly attired;

- Individuals under the influence of alcohol; and

- Individuals with limited capacity to act.

Prohibitions inside:

- Talking on the phone/in a loud voice;

- Chasing, jostling or lying down on the floor;

- Smoking, drinking, eating or littering;

- Touching exhibits, climbing barriers, or damaging facilities. Damages will incur compensation and legal liability.

- Flash Photography, selfie sticks, or tripods.

- Conducting paid tours or educational activities, or using exhibition resources for commercial purposes.

- Shooting films with professional equipment without prior permission*.

The Memorial provides free guided tour service (in Chinese) for individuals at regular intervals:

Groups that have successfully scheduled a free guided tour should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled. Groups may attend the following session.
